Gulliver’s Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz) bag frozen kernel corn OR 31/2 cups fresh corn, cut off the ear

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 6 tsp sugar

  • 2 Tbs butter, melted

  • 2 Tbs flour

Directions

Combine corn, cream, milk, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix butter and flour together, then combine with mixture. Heat until slightly bubbly.

Place in casserole pan, top with Parmesan and broil until brown.
