Garlic Ginger Snap Peas

Recipe from Lish/Constantine’s (Sun Valley inspo)

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar snap peas

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

Blanch the peas for 3 minutes in boiling water with 1 teaspoon of salt to enhance flavor and texture. Drain the peas.

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic to the pan and sauté for one minute.

Add the peas to the ginger and garlic. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Toss in sea salt to taste about 1 tsp. Serve hot.
