Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
Balsamic vinegar
Depending on how much you want to make 2 cups will make ¼ to ½ cup finished product
Directions
In a small saucepan, bring vinegar to a boil and reduce to a syrup, about a quarter of original measurement. About 10 minutes. Put to the side and let cool.
Note
Great on caprese salad or roasted veggies and grilled stone fruit.
It will be thick and sweet, you can even drizzle it on top of vanilla ice cream!
