Swiss Oatmeal
Recipe from Papa
Ingredients
1 medium to large apple (red or green)
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup Quaker’s Quick oatmeal (NOT INSTANT OR REGULAR)
1 Tbs honey
2 Tbs sliced almonds
2 Tbs raisins
For serving: Brown sugar
Directions
Chop the apple into bite-sized cubes and put in a bowl. Pour apple juice on them so they don’t brown.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the bowl and top with brown sugar.
