Pumpkin Pie

Recipe from Mimi (Libby’s)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ground ginger

  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 (15 oz) can Libby’s Pumpkin Filling

  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

  • Mom’s Flaky Pie Crust

For serving: Freshly whipped sweet cream

Follow the directions on the back of Libby’s Pumpkin Filling, for easy reference I have added it below. It’s the one Mom has always used for Thanksgiving. 

This must be served with fresh-made sweet whipping cream.
