Pizzelle
Recipe from Aunt Evelyn
Ingredients
6 eggs
3 ½ cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine, melted and cooled (or butter)
4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbs vanilla
Pizzelle iron
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar well. Add margarine and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking powder together, mix into batter.
Heat pizelle iron and bake. Cool and enjoy!
