Pizzelle

Recipe from Aunt Evelyn

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 ½ cups flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cup margarine, melted and cooled (or butter)

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 2 Tbs vanilla 

  • Pizzelle iron

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add margarine and vanilla.

Sift flour and baking powder together, mix into batter.

Heat pizelle iron and bake. Cool and enjoy!
