Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 ½ pounds shrimp, shell and devien (jumbo 10-12 OR large 12-16)

  • ½ c butter

  • 1 Tbs garlic, pressed

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Baguette, sliced into 1” thick rounds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚ F.

Melt butter in 9x13” pan in the oven. 

Remove pan when melted and add garlic.

Toss shrimp in butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. 

Serve with bread rounds to dip them in the butter.

Notes

This is a staple at the Christmas Eve dinner table. Dip bread in butter and enjoy!
