Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 tsp peppermint extract

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed

  • 18 cupcake liners

Directions

Beat butter and sugar together untill light and fluffy.

Beat in chocolate and eggs. Add flavoring.

Put half of the crumbs in the bottom of the cupcake liners. Spoon in filling, top with crumbs.

Freeze until set and to store.
