Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 package Nabisco Famous Wafers (dark chocolate wafers), crushed

• 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème

• 1/4 cup milk

• 1 cup whipping cream

• Peppermint extract

• Green food coloring

Directions

Press crushed cookies in bottom and up sides of a 9” pie plate. 

Beat marshmallow and milk until smooth. Add peppermint and food coloring.

Whip cream and fold into mixture. Scoop into pie shell.

Freeze solid before serving and to store.
