Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped and sautéed

  • 1 cup fresh Parmesan, grated

  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 Tbs butter

  • Pinch salt

  • 1 pound white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

Directions

Mix garlic, cheese, bread crumbs and butter together, salt to taste. Fill mushroom with spoonful of mix. Bake at 400˚ for 5–10 minutes until browned.

Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 pound bacon

  • 6 or more garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 to 2 cups fresh Parmesan, grated

  • Salt

  • 1 pound white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

Directions

Cook bacon, drain and crumble. Mix all bacon, garlic and cheese, salt to taste. Fill mushroom with spoonful of mix. Bake at 400˚ for 5–10 minutes until browned.

  • 2 to 4 Tbs butter

  • 1 can chicken stock

  • ½ cup Parmesan

  • Salt & pepper

  • 24 white mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

Directions
