Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (26 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns

  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of potato soup

  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped

  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream

  • 1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese

  • Shakes of Parmesan cheese

  • Corn flake type cereal, crushed

Directions

Mix all well and put into a 9x13” baking dish. Top with Corn Flakes. Bake at 350˚ for 45–60 minutes until hot and browned on top.
