Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
2 cups long-grain rice, enough for 6 servings
1 lime, zested
Juice of 1-1 ½ limes
2 Tbs sugar (or a little more)
½ cup water
Chopped fresh cilantro (about ¼ of one bunch)
Directions
Cook rice according to directions.
When about done, add the lime juice, zest, cilantro, and let steam for 10 more min.
