Burrata Caprese

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 ripe seasonal tomatoes, thickly sliced

  • 1 (8 oz) package fresh burrata

  • 1 bunch fresh basil, julienned

  • Balsamic vinegar OR Balsamic Glaze

  • Good olive oil

  • Fresh cracked pepper

Directions

On a large plate, alternate tomato slices and cheese. Top with balsamic, olive oil, cracked pepper and basil. 

Note

Best with home-grown tomatoes.
