Company Chicken
Recipe from Susan Deans
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thinner
½ cup Russian dressing
½ cup apricot jam
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
Directions
Preheatt oven to 375˚ F.
Arrange chicken in 9x13” pan. Mix dressing, jam and soup mix together, spread it on top of chicken.
Bake covered for 45 minutes.
Note
Kim learned how to make this in a kids cooking class called “Silver Spoons” when she was 13. This ended up to be the only edible thing that came out of it.
