Company Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thinner

  • 1/2 cup Russian dressing

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam

  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

Arrange chicken in 9x13” pan. Mix dressing, jam and soup mix together, spread it on top of chicken.

Bake covered at 375˚ for 45 minutes.

Kim learned how to make this in a kids cooking class called “Silver Spoons” when she was 13. This ended up to be the only edible thing that came out of it.
