Evelyn’s Mac & Cheese

Recipe from Aunt Evelyn

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup macaroni

  • 2 cups milk 

  • 4 Tbs butter

  • 3 Tbs flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚ F.

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain, rinse and set aside.

Warm milk, flour and salt in a saucepan, add cheese and dissolve.

Grease casserole dish and add macaroni and sauce in layers, ending with sauce. Bake at 20 minutes.
