Green Chile Hash Browns

Recipe from Pat Hoff

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter

  • 1 (24 oz) bag frozen hash browns

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 (4 1/2 oz) can green chiles

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup Swiss cheese

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 pound breakfast meat chopped–ham, bacon or sausage (opt)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚ F.

Melt butter in 9x13” baking pan. Add hash browns and cook for 20 minutes. 

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cooked hash browns. Cook an additional 30 minutes and serve.
