Cranberry Apple Relish

Recipe from Kiki (Cooking Light)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar

  • ½ cup white grape juice

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 (12 oz) package fresh OR frozen cranberries

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool completely before serving.
