Cranberry Apple Relish
Recipe from Kiki (Cooking Light)
Ingredients
1 ½ cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white grape juice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (12 oz) package fresh OR frozen cranberries
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool completely before serving.
