Brown Sugar Yams

Ingredients

  • 3 medium yams

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚ F.

Boil yams until tender, let cool and thickly slice. Arrange in 9x9” oven proof pan.

Mix sugar, salt and butter in saucepan until sugar dissolves, pour over yams.

Bake until bubbly, about 15–20 minutes.
