Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

  • 2 cubes bouillon 

  • 1 to 2 pounds ground beef OR turkey, cooked and drained

  • 1 large onion, minced

  • 1 (15 oz) can pork & beans

  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans tomato soup

  • 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes

  • 2 carrots, chopped

  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning mix

  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of potato soup OR 1 to 2 diced raw potatoes

  • Crock pot

For serving: Corn chips, grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Dissolve bullion in hot water.

Put all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day.
