Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups hot water
2 cubes bouillon
1 to 2 pounds ground beef OR turkey, cooked and drained
1 large onion, minced
1 (15 oz) can pork & beans
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans tomato soup
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 carrots, chopped
1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning mix
2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of potato soup OR 1 to 2 diced raw potatoes
Crock pot
For serving: Corn chips, grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Dissolve bullion in hot water.
Put all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day.
