Ingredients

  • Beef

  • White bread

  • Butter

  • Gravy, preferably homemade

  • Onions, sliced and sautéed 

Directions

Sliced cow over buttered toasted bread, then smothered in gravy and onions.

Note

A Dad creation and favorite. This can be purchased at Rip Griffins, Little America, or any truckstop across our great country. Make sure the onions are cooked well or Dad will have an eruption.
