Meat, Potatoes, and Gravy

Recipe from East High School Lunch Lady

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • Onion flakes

  • Bread crumbs

  • A touch of milk

  • Salt & pepper

  • Prepared gravy mix, like Schilling OR Lowry

  • Boxed mashed potatoes

Directions

Mix ground beef with onion flakes, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper. Pat into patties and cook like hamburgers.

Prepare gravy as directed. Make mashed potatoes.

To serve: Place one patty on a plate, top with a scoop of potatoes, drowned in gravy.
