Jenny’s Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ to 2 pound flank steak 

Marinade

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ tsp ginger

  • ¼ tsp jarred garlic

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Add steak and put in refrigerator to marinade—24-48 hours is best. 

Preheat oven to broil or turn grill to high heat.

Broil steak 5 minutes per side.

Let rest 5-10 minutes then cut into thin and diagonal slices and serve.
