Clam Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 white onion OR 4 scallions, minced

  • 1 (6 oz) can clams

For serving: Lay’s or Ruffles potato chips

Directions

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and onion together. Spoon clams into mixture, reserving liquid. Pour liquid in to desired consistency. Cover, place in refrigerator for a couple hours to let flavors blend.
