Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen spinach

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese

  • 2 cups (16 oz) sour cream

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 (8 oz) bag shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup artichokes

  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts

  • Garlic salt & pepper

  • Crock pot

For serving: Bread or crackers, carrots and celery sticks

Directions

Put all ingredients in crockpot on low for 1 hour. Add sour cream the last 10 minutes.

Serve with bread and veggies on the side.
