Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 ½ cups chicken stock
1 to 2 pounds ground beef OR turkey, cooked and drained
1 onion, minced
1 (15 oz) can pork & beans
2 (10 ¾ oz) cans tomato soup
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 carrots, chopped
1 (1 ¼ oz) package taco seasoning mix
1-2 potatoes, diced
Crock pot
For serving: Corn chips, grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients in crock pot and simmer on low all day.
