Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Bunch asparagus

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 Tbs butter

  • 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar

  • 1 Tbs capers 

Directions

Preheat oven to 425˚ F.

Brush asparagus with olive oil, add salt and pepper.

Roast for 10–15 minutes depending on diameter of asparagus. 

Heat together butter, vinegar and capers. Drizzle over plated asparagus and serve.
