Sour Cream Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thinner
1 pint sour cream
Lowry’s Seasoned Salt
1 box Ritz Crackers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚.
Arrange chicken in 9x13” pan. Spread layer of sour cream on top to cover chicken (you don’t have to use the whole pint, just enough to cover the chicken). Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Take bag from box of Ritz crackers and crush crackers to crumbs, sprinkle on top. Bake for 1 hour.
