Sweet Barbacoa

Ingredients
1 pork sirloin tip roast
Salt and pepper
1 (24 oz) bottle salsa–medium OR hot
1 cup brown sugar
Crock pot
Directions
Season roast with salt and pepper. Sear on each side.
Place roast in crock pot. Mix salsa with brown sugar and pour over roast.
Cook on high 4–5 hours. Remove roast and cut across grain about every three inches or so. Shred and put back into crock pot with sauce. Turn to low to keep warm.
