Savory Garlic Pork Tenderloin

This was called “Aunt Amy’s Delicious Pork Tenderloin” but I don’t know who Aunt Amy is.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 pork tenderloins

  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms 

Marinade

  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbs dry mustard

  • 1 Tbs pepper

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1 1/2 Tbs parsley

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Blend the marinade ingredients in blender. Pour over tenderloin and marinate for 3–4 hours. 

Grill pork on barbecue at medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning and basing occasionally. In a saucepan, add mushrooms and remaining marinade and heat until mushrooms are soft. 

Slice tenderloins, pour marinade over top and serve.
