Raspberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients

  • ¾ c butter

  • 2 ½ c pretzel sticks, broken

  • 1-8 oz cream cheese

  • 1-8 oz Cool Whip

  • 1 c sugar

  • 2 c water

  • 1 large raspberry Jell-O

  • 2-10 oz frozen raspberries 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚ F.

Melt butter and place into the bottom a 9x13” baking dish.

Place pretzels over butter and bake for 10 mins. Remove and let cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar. Spread mixture on top of pretzel crust. Chill for 1 hour. 

Follow instructions on Jell-O. Cool Jell-O mixture then add slightly thawed raspberries.

Once cooled, pour on top of dessert. Refrigerate several hours to overnight. Serve.
