Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Tbs yeast

  • 1 ½ cups very warm water

  • 1 Tbs malt

  • 1 Tbs honey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 4 cups flour

Toppings: Parmesan, garlic salt, sesame seeds, Maldon salt flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400˚ F.

Proof yeast.

Mix malt, honey and salt together. Stir in flour slowly.

Knead lightly, divide into 32 parts. Melt a bit of butter in 9x13” pan.

Roll dough ropes and roll in butter in pan with 16 sticks per pan. Sprinkle with toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes.
